Delivery Days:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, the entire manufacturing process may take two or three weeks.

Taxes and Duties:

Quality Check:

We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with our services and goods. Before shipment, each item must undergo a quality inspection and cross-check. Our business disclaims liability for any stolen, broken, or damaged items caused by shipping carriers.

Replacement:

Only returns, replacements, and refunds within 15 days of purchase are permitted. Discounted or sponsored products are not returnable

Buyer Address:

The order will be dispatched to the address the buyer supplied for shipment at the time of purchase. If the consumer lists the wrong address, we are not answerable.

Shipping :

If a product has to be returned or replaced, the buyer will cover all shipping and handling costs as long as it is packaged in its original, unused condition.
